Happy Holidays, Everybody!
Let’s do a little round-up.
I had two books come out this year.
For those of you keeping count, that’s two more books than I ever thought I would write. Like, EVER. You can read above what one person had to say about Second Nature, which came out in February. Good news: I’m in the middle of editing the sequel.
Then my first sequel, The Dragoneer and the Pretender, came out in October. More good news” I’m writing another installment now.
It’s been a year punctuated by the unexpected and the planned. We said goodbye to a beloved member of the family surrounded by loved ones. We got COVID in April. Thanks to being vaccinated we recovered quickly with little to no real problems or complications. We traveled to Denmark and Germany for two weeks in the middle of the summer and made memories to last a lifetime.
Those are just the things that come to mind off the top of my head.
I’m not sure what 2023 will bring. I hesitate to speculate, but here’s hoping the world rights itself and everyone’s day-to-day continues to improve.
